Best employees!
Modern hotel with nicely furnished rooms. Lovely building and rooms with comfy bed. Exceptionally nice and unbeatable location in a residential area not far from the lake, the surrounding area and the estuary and town.

I stayed here for one night and absolutely loved it. The room had a comfy bed, and the staff were excellent and friendly. The location was perfect, just outside of Dungarvan town center. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again and again.

The place was stylish and overall clean. Overall it was spotless and well-designed with comfy bed. Location: the hotel was not far from a quiet neighbourhood and a well-known local restaurant. I had a wonderful stay at No 12 B&B. The room was spotlessly clean and featured an exceptionally comfortable bed, making it easy to relax. The location was excellent and easy to find from the bus stop, which made getting around a breeze. Additionally, Babcock Park was within a pleasant 25-minute walk, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!
